These terms apply to purchases from Tjava Equipment AB (“the company”, “we”, “us”).
By completing a purchase, you accept these terms.

3. Products
We sell equipment for ski touring/skiing, including our ski touring adapter.
The product must be used in accordance with the provided instructions. Improper use may involve serious safety risks.
We reserve the right for any errors in product descriptions, specifications, and images.
4. Orders
Once an order is placed, an order confirmation is sent via email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected incorrect information, technical errors, or fraud.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency specified on the website.
We aim to charge in the customer’s local currency where possible, but the currency shown at the time of purchase applies.
All prices include VAT where applicable.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges are paid by the customer.
Payment is made using the methods specified at checkout.
6. Delivery
We deliver globally.
Delivery is carried out via the selected carrier and in accordance with its terms and delivery times.
Tjava Equipment AB is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or other external factors.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
We offer a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date the customer receives the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- The customer must contact us before returning the product for instructions
Tjava Equipment AB covers return shipping for approved returns.
Refunds are issued after we have received and inspected the product.
8. Warranty and Complaints
We are responsible for defects in the product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
In the event of a complaint, the customer should contact us as soon as possible after the defect is discovered.
The product is technical equipment intended for use in demanding environments. The user is responsible for ensuring proper use and compatibility with other equipment.
9. Limitation of Liability
Use of our products is at your own risk.
Tjava Equipment AB is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or financial losses.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the website belongs to Tjava Equipment AB or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
It may not be copied or used without written permission.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law.
Disputes should primarily be resolved through dialogue with us.
If a dispute cannot be resolved, the matter may be brought before a Swedish court. Consumers within the EU may also use the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
